This information allows us to optimize our website’s performance, ensure security against cyber threats, and maintain the integrity of our digital infrastructure.

2. Media & Promotional Use
Elite Feet Football Academy frequently records training sessions for technical analysis and promotional purposes.
By signing this agreement, you grant Elite Feet Football Academy a perpetual, royalty-free license to use photographs and video footage of the enrolled athlete for:
- Technical feedback (visible to coaches and the athlete).
- Marketing materials, website content, and social media channels.
- Recruitment profiles shared with professional scouts (Platinum tier only).
If you strictly require an exemption from public-facing promotional material due to safety or privacy concerns, please contact the Director immediately via email.
3. Liability & Risk Acknowledgement
Football is a physical sport involving inherent risks of injury. While Elite Feet Football Academy adheres to strict safety protocols:
- You acknowledge that the athlete participates at their own risk.
- You authorise Elite Feet Football Academy staff to seek emergency medical treatment if a parent/guardian cannot be contacted immediately.
- You understand that personal injury in New Zealand is generally covered by the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC), and Elite Feet Football Academy is not liable for costs not covered by ACC.
- You agree to indemnify Elite Feet Football Academy against claims for property loss or damage caused by the athlete.
